• Third bedroom with three single beds, including bunk beds—ideal for children

This home is designed for families and quiet stays. We do not host party groups or groups of young adults under the age of 30. Family groups are welcome. Please message us before booking if you have any questions.
For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or in any outdoor areas of the property, including terraces and the garden.

The top floor is a true highlight. Two private sun terraces—one on each side of the house—allow you to enjoy sunshine throughout the day in complete privacy. Simply move from one terrace to the other as the sun travels. From here, take in open views of:

For stays of 10 days or less, it will be considered a tourist accommodation - Tourist contract.
For stays of more than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed (after the booking).
