Welcome to AlaMar, a retreat with "Penthouse Soul" located on a bright, high floor. This home combines modern comfort with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the Pine Forest. Here, light is the main character.

• Living-Dining Room: An open-plan space that merges with the terrace thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. Relax on the sofa while watching your favorite series on the Smart TV or asking Alexa for your favorite music.

• Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with high-end appliances, including an induction cooktop and convection oven. Ideal for "foodies" who want to cook with local produce.

• Bedrooms (Rest is sacred): We have 3 rooms designed for silence (Configuration: 1 Double Bed + 3 Single Beds). They feature hotel-quality mattresses, soft bedding, and motorized shutters to guarantee total darkness if you wish.

• Bathrooms: 2 modern, clean bathrooms equipped with everything you need (hairdryer, fluffy towels, amenities).

It is the heart of the home. A large private area with pergolas where you will spend most of your time. • Mornings: Breakfast watching the sunrise over the sea. • Afternoons: Lie down to read or sunbathe on the loungers with total privacy. • Nights: Enjoy al fresco dining contemplating the moon reflecting on the water.

🌬️ CLIMATE CONTROL & COMFORT

Forget about the cold or heat. Our Air Conditioning system (Cooling/Heating) is zoned and adjustable by room, powerful, and ultra-silent. Additionally, thermal and acoustic insulation is exceptional thanks to double-glazed windows.

✏️ Guest Registration: Due to legal regulations and security measures, we guarantee a safe environment through mandatory prior identification. Unregistered guests are not permitted access. The price depends on the number of guests.

✏️ Check-in: Self-check-in or in-person check-in between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM, by prior arrangement. If you arrive after the agreed-upon time, you can opt for self-check-in upon request. *Check-in outside of regular hours is possible; please inquire about availability and rates.

If, due to exceptional circumstances with departing guests, the accommodation must be handed over late, no financial compensation will be provided.

🔑 Check-in: Arrival is autonomous and easy via code lock, so you can arrive at the time that suits you best (any time after check-in time).

👶 Families: If you are coming with children, let us know to prepare a crib and high chair (subject to availability).

🤫 Rules: This is a quiet residential community. No parties or loud noises allowed after 12:00 AM (Midnight).

✈️ Distances: 25 min from Malaga Airport and 15 min from Marbella.
