Villa with private pool in El Arenal, located in a quiet and well-connected residential area, within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, and leisure areas.

The exterior features a large garden area with a private pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, designed to enjoy the good weather all day long.

Inside, the villa offers spacious and bright areas. The main living room, with a fireplace and several seating areas, provides a comfortable environment for spending time together. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, ideal for stays with several people.

The house has 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, a perfect combination to accommodate up to 12 guests with enough space, independence, and comfort. This layout makes it especially practical for large groups or multiple families traveling together.

All bookings include, free of charge, all water consumption, €50 of electricity per booking, and in winter season and if available, €50 of non-electric consumption (heating by diesel, gas, or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters accessible and verifiable by guests. The price for additional consumption is €0.35/kWh.

This house has heating throughout the property. It does not have air conditioning, so the necessary fans will be provided to guests.

The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (including 10% VAT). Children under 16 are exempt from this tax.

All bed linen, a set of bath towels, and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Please note that this villa is located in a residential area, and guests must respect the neighbors' rest. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbances. Parties and loudspeakers are strictly prohibited.
