The accommodation

The apartment comprises a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, a second bathroom with shower, and an open-plan living area with an elegant living room with a sofa and a state-of-the-art kitchen for preparing delicious dinners. The exterior features a private front and back garden, a covered parking area for two cars (free outdoor parking is available), which leads to the private laundry room, and a luxurious terrace with a private pool, where you can enjoy relaxing moments in complete privacy or a delicious barbecue with friends.
All this is just 2 minutes from the center of Peschiera del Garda and the lakefront, and just 10 minutes from Gardaland.
Numerous supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are nearby.

A €150 security deposit is required, which will be refunded after checkout, barring any damage to the property, according to your bank's terms and conditions.

Pets are permitted under explicitly confirmed by the host, or therapy animals with a valid certificate. Additional charges apply.

Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted unless explicitly confirmed by the host. Additional charges apply.

Out of respect for neighborly regulations, the pool is not accessible at night from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas, provided cigarette butts are disposed of in the ashtrays provided, but not in the garden or on the ground.

At the entrance to the house, you will find a guestbook with all the useful information about the house, the rules to be respected, and the surrounding area.

Waste is separated.

Failure to comply with the rules will result in reports to the channel manager and fines that will be deducted from the deposit.
