The property is in a residential complex located in the hills east of Marbella, in the territory of Ojén. Although the community is located in Ojén, access is via Elviria, since we are 10 minutes from said area, taking the Elviria exit of the A7 Málaga-Algeciras highway, km 192. It is a beautiful route that leads through the hills at 400m above sea level. The place is ideal for those seeking tranquility and silence. The residential complex has free use of a 9-hole golf course, a tennis court, a paddle tennis court and a gym. It also has a restaurant.
