The accommodation

T1 Apartment - Capacity 1-5 people, for example up to 3 adults or a couple with two children.

The apartments all have tables and chairs for outdoor dining. There are also barbecue areas with stone tables for outdoor meals in our gardens.

Adult swimming pool with a separate area for children, children's playground with various swings, billiards and ping-pong table, green spaces with barbecue and picnic areas, electric gates...

We have an outdoor gym area that you can use free of charge.

The parking area with access gate is available on the property, free of charge for one vehicle per apartment, you may have access to more spaces but please consult us. It is possible to park RVs.

We have a fast Internet service with fibre connection with fast Wi-Fi and you can also access with cable connection.

Smart TV with MEO channels + from all over the world via satellite and internet.
However, for premium accounts like Netflix and others, you need to log in with your own private account.

Welcome packages, airport transfers (fees may apply). We also sell tickets for water theme parks, including tours and trips to the Algarve, Lisbon and Seville. Tickets can be purchased at our tourist information office, PortugalGo Travel Agency.

Security: Electric gates with access by code or electronic command. The entire complex is properly fenced.

PS: The Albufeira City Council implemented in 2024 a tourist tax consisting of a payment of €2 per person per day, for those over 12 years old. (To facilitate this payment when making your online check-in, a payment method for this tax is provided), this applies to bookings with stays from 1 April to 31 October.

This apartment offers accommodation for up to 5 people, with a main bedroom and flexible bed options, including a double bed and two sofa beds. The property is equipped with a heat pump air conditioning, ensuring comfort in any season of the year.

The fully equipped American kitchen is a highlight, with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and even a fruit juicer. A television with multiple international channels completes the entertainment environment.

The outdoor gym area is equally impressive, with a spacious garden, garden furniture, barbecue, terrace and balcony.

It has an area of around 4000 square metres, offering privacy and space to relax.

The location is privileged, with Barranco/Falesia beach just 1.6 km away and several restaurants and cafés nearby. The Pine Cliffs golf course is about 950 metres away, perfect for sports enthusiasts. Supermarkets, bus stops and restaurants are conveniently close.

Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited inside. The house is ideal for families who may rent but that a unit.
