The accommodation

Excellent 4+1 bedrooms / 5 bathroome private villa, private garden and private HEATED swimming pool , located in Albufeira - Olhos de Agua. Local amenities close by. Beaches are easily accessible by either car or foot. A golfer's paradise, this location is ideal for frequenting several beautiful local courses. Private swimming pool and lounge area for sunbathing and private parking for a stress free holiday, it is the ideal place for big groups and families with children.

Ground floor: 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe and en suite bathroom. 1 double bedroom with wardrobes, large bathroom with shower and bathtub and air conditioning. 1 double bedroom with wardrobes, air conditioning and large full bathroom. All bedrooms have access to the outside of the garden and swimming pool. Equipped kitchen. Living room/Dining room with a table for up to 12 people, richly decorated with fireplace and with three wide glass doors giving access to terrace, gardens and pool.

1st Floor: A beautiful double bedroom en-suite with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and bath tub and a balcony with views south over the pool and garden, attached to this bedroom there is another bedroom with a bunk bed bunk for children.

Outside: Ample gardens and lawns covering about 1,800m. Swimming pool (11mx5) option to be heated please contact us, surrounded by lawns and divided into shallow end for children and deeper part for adults. Terrace for outside dining (seat up to 12 people) with table and chairs, BBQ with direct access to kitchen, pool/snooker table. Private garage.

Guests have access to wifi including 10% voucher for 1 family evening meal at two of our fantastic restaurants either ACQUA or Ambrosia Nectar which is situated near the beach of Olhos de Agua. Free return transfers to the restaurants for the guests with a voucher.

The operators will do the check-in of the guests and explain how certain electrical appliances operates including the electronic gates to the premises. If the guest may need further information the operator will be happy to answer them for you.

Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafés and other shops are all just a 2 minute walk.

Guests should definitely sample our traditional Portuguese cuisine such as seafood platters, meat dishes, fresh fish and varied dishes.

Buses & Taxis stops (terminal) is only a 7 minute walk.
It is affordable and cheap and you can travel anywhere as the taxis work 24 hours a day.

Fast internet, we have fiber so you get Fast Wifi and cable connection.

Smart TV with channels from all over the world.
However, the premium accounts like Netflix and others, you need to enter with your own private account.

Optional: Heated pool, Welcome Packs, Airport transfers (charges may apply). We also sell tickets for water theme parks, including excursions and tours of the Algarve, Lisbon, and Seville. Tickets can be obtained at our touristic office, PortugalGo Travel Agency.

The Albufeira City Council implemented a tourist tax in 2024, which consists of a payment of €2 per person per day for those over 12 years old. (To facilitate this payment, the payment method for this tax is provided when you check in online.) This applies to reservations with stays from April 1st to October 31st.
