The 7+1 bedroom / 6 bathroom dwelling, located in a tranquil area, near the beach and 2 minutes walking distance from local amenities.
It is very spacious, comfortable and airy, with plenty of natural light throughout the day, with a heatable private pool and garden.
Equipped with several loungers, a well-equipped barbecue area, a dining table and chairs to allow you to dine outdoors.

It is the perfect place to relax with family or friends.
Spend a great time in the wonderful pool (heating option) and lie down on the sunbeds to get a pleasant tan.

1st & 2nd Double room has a double bed attached to another with bunk beds specially made for children, sleeps 4.

3rd Room not suitable with two single beds, private bathroom.

Modern and well-equipped kitchen, equipped with everything you need for your daily meals. The air-conditioned living and dining area, with plenty of light, has direct access to the swimming pool, a garden and a barbecue.

The property is located in the centre of the Algarve, within walking distance of Falésia beach.
Between Vilamoura and Albufeira. A vast selection of beautiful beaches, extensive shopping, golf courses and a lively cosmopolitan nightlife are within reach. The house is a short walk from Olhos D' Água and Falésia beach, bus and taxi stop, a large supermarket, tourist office and many excellent restaurants nearby.

The operators will perform the check-in of guests to explain how certain electrical appliances are used, including the electronic gates for the premises. If you need more information, the operators will be happy to clarify it for you.

Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, beach and others are just a 2-minute walk from the villa. Guests should definitely try our traditional Portuguese cuisine, such as seafood dishes, meat dishes, fresh fish and varied dishes.

Bus and Taxi Stops (terminal) are just a 7-minute walk away. You can travel everywhere, as taxis work 24 hours a day.

Fast internet, we have fibre so you get fast Wi-Fi and cable connection.

Smart TV with channels from all over the world.
However, premium accounts such as Netflix and others require you to log in with your own private account.

Optional: Heated Swimming Pool, Welcome Packages, Airport Transfers (fees may apply). We also sell tickets for themed water parks, including excursions and tours of the Algarve, Lisbon and Seville. Tickets can be obtained at our tourist office, Travel Agency PortugalGo.

The accommodation can accommodate people with reduced mobility, but is not fully adapted. There are small steps and/or level differences that may hinder circulation, depending on the guest's needs.
We recommend prior contact before booking to confirm if the space is suitable for your needs.

The Albufeira City Council has implemented a tourist tax in 2024, which consists of a payment of €2 per person per day for people over 12 years old. (To facilitate this payment, the payment method for this tax is provided when you do the online check-in.) This applies to bookings with stays from 1 April to 31 October.
