Welcome to our cosy studio, located in one of the most iconic buildings in Torremolinos – the Castillo Santa Clara residential complex. The apartment boasts a unique cliffside location right above the sea, guaranteeing peace and breathtaking views with everything essential at your fingertips.

Our studio is designed with comfort and space efficiency in mind. Thanks to its southwest orientation, the interior is beautifully bright and offers unforgettable sea views and sunsets.

Interior & Amenities:
- Sleeping Area: Comfortable Queen size bed with several pillows for your maximum comfort.
- Kitchenette: Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all utensils) allows you to prepare everything from morning coffee and warm toast to dinner.
- Terrace: Private balcony with outdoor seating offering an undisturbed panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the coast.
- Beach Gear: To make your stay worry-free, we have prepared beach towels, beach chairs, and a sunshade for you.

Castillo Santa Clara Complex:
As our guests, you have access to the building's superior facilities:
- Private Beach Elevator: A unique feature of the building. Take it directly from the complex to the Bajondillo beach promenade. No stairs or hills – just seconds and you are on the sand.
- Pool & Gardens: Large seasonal pool with sea views (June–September). For your safety, a lifeguard is present at the pool. Everything is surrounded by a beautiful, well-maintained garden.
- Sports: For guests who enjoy sports, a tennis court is available directly within the complex.
- Gastronomy: There is a seasonal restaurant on-site, offering great value daily menus during the summer season.
- Services: The building has a 24/7 reception, ensuring safety and maximum flexibility for your arrival.

Location:
- Town Center & Transport: Literally a minute's walk to the main pedestrian zone. Málaga Airport is only 15 minutes away by train or car.
- Dining & Leisure: A short walk takes you to the historic La Carihuela district, famous for its fish restaurants. Nearby you will find countless shops, bars, and activities.
- Dog-friendly: We love pets! Your furry friends are more than welcome here.

Restaurant and swiming pool open during the summer season (June - September).

Guest Registration: According to Spanish law, all guests are required to present a valid form of identity (passport or ID card) upon arrival at the reception for registration with local authorities. This will be done simply online with the possibility of scanning personal documents and minimizing data entry.

Pets: We are dog-friendly! However, we kindly ask that your pets are always on a leash within the common areas of the complex and the gardens.

Seasonality of the Pool and Restaurant: The outdoor pool and the restaurant in the complex operate seasonally (usually from June to September). Exact dates depend on the decision of the community of owners and the current weather.

Access Card: Upon check-in, you will receive a card that serves for entering the building and operating the private beach elevator. Please keep it safe, as a replacement fee may be charged in case of loss.

Quiet in the Building: Please respect the quiet hours (22:00 – 08:00) to maintain the comfort of all residents in the complex.

Pool Facilities: Private showers and toilets are available directly at the pool area for your convenience.

Gardens: Maintained subtropical gardens surrounding the building, perfect for relaxing walks.

Sports: Use of the on-site tennis court (reservation required).

Gastronomy: Seasonal restaurant and bar within the complex offering daily menus.

Reception & Lobby: 24/7 reception where staff will provide your keys and access cards.

Luggage Storage: A secure luggage room is available at the reception if you arrive early or wish to stay longer after check-out.

Parking: Free public parking directly in front of the complex entrance.

The entire complex is gated and guarded, ensuring a peaceful and safe environment in the heart of Torremolinos.

- Beach Promenade: Our private elevator takes you directly to the vibrant Bajondillo promenade, connecting you to the historic La Carihuela district.

- Green Oases: Nearby, you can enjoy Parque de la Batería with its observation tower. Don't miss Molino de Inca, a stunning botanical garden featuring a historic flour mill and natural springs.

Culture & Adventures:

- Málaga: Just 15–20 minutes by train to explore the Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba fortress, and the famous Calle Larios.

- Coast Highlights: Visit the luxurious Puerto Marina, Sea Life aquarium, the Teleférico cable car, the Butterfly Park, or Bioparc Fuengirola.

Sports & Leisure:

- Running & Inline Skating: The long, flat promenade below is a paradise for athletes. Run 3.5 km in either direction or continue along the coast all the way to Málaga.
