The accommodation
The heart of the apartment is its designer living room, a space bathed in natural light where every piece of furniture and ornament has been chosen to create an atmosphere of calm. It is the ideal spot to plan your city routes or relax after a stroll through the Albaicín, featuring a 55" Smart TV, a comfortable and elegant 4-seater sofa, and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a quiet breakfast or prepare a dinner with fresh produce from the San Agustín Market or nearby shops.
Both bedrooms offer 150cm double beds. Each guest will find two pillows of different firmness; everyone is different, so you can choose the one that best suits your preference. As a decorative touch and to preserve the authentic Granadan essence of the accommodation, I have placed Fajalauza plates and tiles in the resting areas, so that the soul of the city accompanies you from the first ray of sunshine until the very end of the day.
Cleanliness: Keep the house clean and tidy.
Smoking & Drugs: No smoking or drug use allowed. Subject to a 300€ fine.
Events: No events, parties, or extra guests allowed. Subject to a 2,000€ fine.
Noise: No loud noise from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Bedroom: No eating or drinking in bed. Subject to a 300€ fine.
Climate Control: Responsible use of AC/Heating.
Trash: Take out the trash to the bin by the door starting from 8:00 PM.
Check-out: Departure by 11:00 AM. Late check-out fee of 50€ per hour of delay.

Activities and attractions
What you will love most about the neighbourhood is its unique blend of peace and local life. We are right next to the historic Botanical Garden, a magical spot to unwind. Within a few minutes' walk, you will find everything from the majesty of the San Jerónimo Monastery to the bustle of the San Agustín Market. It is an authentic neighbourhood, full of the best tapas bars and charming squares, where you will experience the real Granada, far from the crowds but right in the heart of the city.
