The accommodation

Apartment on the 10th floor with elevator. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds, a spacious living room with a sofa bed and access to a large terrace with awnings and unobstructed views, two bathrooms, and a kitchen with a utility room equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and basic kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc.). Located in a large residential complex with five interconnected swimming pools, tennis and paddle tennis courts, a multi-sports court, a children's playground, barbecue facilities, a gym, and more.

Setting

The building is located in the northern area of Gandia beach, in a residential and very quiet area. The beach is located about 7 minutes walk away and in front of the residential there is a free public parking to park vehicles. Nearby we have all the services (restaurants, supermarkets...)
