2) Maintain low noise levels after 10:00pm
3) Only groups aged 30 and above are accepted.
4) No parties or events allowed without prior authorization.
5) Commercial use of the villa is not permitted without authorization.
6) Bachelor parties and excessive tourism are prohibited.
7) Pets are not allowed.
8) Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
9) Trash must be taken to the recycling point; €190 will be deducted from the security deposit in case of non-compliance.
10) Pool towels are for exclusive use on the property; do not take them to the beach.
