It is located a 10-minute drive from the magnificent sandy beaches of Gandia, easily accessible and offering various facilities including a marina and yacht club, as well as numerous recreational and sporting activities for all ages. The city of Gandia is a 10-minute drive away and boasts shopping centers, numerous boutiques, banks, supermarkets, and restaurants; it also offers a wealth of cultural activities. A local restaurant is a 2-minute walk away.

For example, there are several routes to the summit of Monduber (843 m), the local highest point, or the Monastery Route, etc. Rock climbing, horseback riding (2 km away), padel tennis, golf (5 18-hole courses within a 15-50 km radius), and shooting are also available. There is a Multi-Adventure Park 2 km from the house with activities such as Bubble Ball and Archery Tag for the whole family (campingescaladagandia.com). Discover the beautiful old town of Valencia, 1 hour away by train or car; there you will also find museums, art galleries, and the renowned Science and Oceanography Centre. Valencia Airport is 45 minutes away and Alicante Airport is 1 hour and 20 minutes away.
