Our accommodation is classified as a tourist accommodation, so we do not have a 24-hour reception or room service. Below are important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible:
Entrances are self-service. We do not hand over keys unless strictly necessary.
On the day of your departure, please leave the keys on the table in the lounge.
Keys can be collected from a lockbox located 600 meters from the apartment.
24 ​​hours before your arrival, you will receive detailed instructions for access, exit, and check-in.

Our telephone service hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Outside of these hours, please contact us only in cases of emergency.

We provide, as a courtesy, two rolls of toilet paper per stay, one bath towel per person, one hand towel, one bath mat, body wash, and shampoo.
