Located in the well-maintained Medina Molins residential complex, on Calle Mar Mediterránea, with Mediterranean gardens, a communal swimming pool and direct access to a long stretch of fine sandy beach. You leave the property and in two minutes your feet are on the sand.

The property is distributed over two floors and designed to enjoy every corner.

On the main floor, you are welcomed by a spacious and very bright living-dining room with access to two large terraces of approximately 28 m² each. This is where the magic happens: one east-facing terrace, perfect for sunrises, and another west-facing terrace, ideal for long dinners with spectacular sunsets. Two orientations, two atmospheres, with the sea always present. The kitchen is independent, fully equipped, and includes a utility area with washing machine.

On the upper floor is the sleeping area: master bedroom with a 1.50 m bed and en-suite bathroom (with separate spaces for WC and shower), second bedroom with bunk beds, and third bedroom with a single bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes and ceiling fans for comfortable rest even in the height of summer.

The property has ducted air conditioning and, something highly appreciated in this area, two underground parking spaces included.
