The apartments, all of similar characteristics to the picture, except one of 1 room adapted for people with reduced mobility, have two bedrooms one with double bed and another with single bed. Bathroom with shower and integrated kitchenette in the living room with sofa bed. Bright and quiet. The back gives onto a beautiful elm garden and the front to a street-level support, with easy parking.

Enjoy the tranquility and nature in a unique setting in the area. We are at the foot of Mount Abantos, five minutes by car from one of the most emblematic monuments in the Community of Madrid, the Monastery of El Escorial, in an urbanization with facilities and gardens ideal for rest, exercise or nature and/or cultural tourism.
