The house is set on several levels within a historic stone building carefully restored to preserve its original materials and architectural character. Spacious and bright interiors combine traditional architecture with minimal contemporary design.

On the ground floor guests will find the main living and dining area, an impressive space with high star-vaulted ceilings and stone floors typical of Salento architecture. The comfortable lounge area and dining space create the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying time together.

Next to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful original stone fireplace. The kitchen opens onto a small private courtyard that adds charm and intimacy to the house. A guest bathroom is also located on this level.

The first floor hosts the first sleeping area with a bright double bedroom connected to a room with two single beds, ideal for families or small groups. From this level a staircase leads to a small private terrace where guests can enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the historic village.

On the second floor there are two additional double bedrooms, spacious and filled with natural light. The main bathroom is also located on this level and features a stone bathtub and shower.

From here guests can access the panoramic rooftop terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center of Alessano. It is the perfect place to enjoy sunset aperitifs and relax under the warm southern Italian sky.

Setting

Guests of Dimora Alexanos have access to the entire house and all its spaces, designed to offer comfort, privacy and an authentic stay in the heart of Salento.

On the ground floor there is a large living and dining area, a bright and spacious environment characterized by traditional star-vaulted ceilings and stone floors that reflect the history of the residence. Here guests can relax, read, socialize or enjoy shared meals around the dining table.

Next to the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, cookware and tableware for preparing meals independently. The presence of the original stone fireplace gives the room a warm and authentic atmosphere. From the kitchen there is access to a small internal courtyard that adds charm and intimacy to the house.

The property features four bedrooms distributed over the upper floors and two bathrooms, offering spacious and bright environments ideal for families or groups of friends.

One of the most charming spaces of the house is the panoramic rooftop terrace located on the top level. From here guests can enjoy beautiful views over the rooftops of the historic center of Alessano and the surrounding village architecture. The terrace is furnished with a small relaxation area and tables, perfect for enjoying quiet moments outdoors, breakfast in the morning or an aperitif at sunset.

Guests can also use the barbecue area on the terrace, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners during the warmer season.

The central location allows guests to easily reach restaurants, bars, shops and local services on foot, experiencing the authentic atmosphere of the historic village.
