The accommodation

The Layout: Space to Breathe
Access to the villa is via a dedicated carport for one car at street level, where a flight of stairs leads you down into your private retreat.

Upper Floor: Living & Socializing

The Hub: An open-plan living area equipped with Air Conditioning, a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Entertainment: Relax with a dedicated reading/office corner or enjoy the Smart TV, pre-loaded with Netflix, Prime, and Disney+.
Covered Terrace: The standout feature of the upper floor. This shaded lounge area overlooks the pool and is the perfect "golden hour" spot for an evening beer or glass of wine.
Lower Floor: Cool & Quiet Bedrooms The bedrooms are situated on the lower level, staying naturally cooler during the summer months. While there is no AC here, each room features ceiling fans and ventilators for a breezy night’s sleep.

Master Suite: Features a 1.60m x 2m bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and a private terrace with direct pool access.
Double Bedroom: Features a comfortable 1.5m x 1.8m bed.
Kids’ Room: A dedicated space with a bunk bed, plus a collection of toys and games to keep them busy.
Family Bathroom: A shared bathroom with a modern walk-in shower.
Outdoor Living & Play
The Pool: A 9x4m kidney-shaped pool (East-facing). It’s the perfect place for a morning swim, with plenty of "chill-out" spots and sunloungers to relax on throughout the day.
South-Facing BBQ: For the grill masters, the dedicated gas BBQ area is positioned to catch the Southern sun, making it a great spot for an afternoon cookout.
Keeping Active: The garden includes a trampoline for the kids, while the house is stocked with books and board games for quiet afternoons.

Beach towels have to be washed at the end of the stay.
BBQ has to be cleaned.
This home is designed for families and quiet stays. We do not host party groups or groups of young adults under the age of 30. Family groups are welcome. Please message us before booking if you have any questions.
For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.
