The accommodation

Our Attic by the Sea Cipollazzo Menfi with terrace is located on a small hill offering a beautiful view, just 500 meters from the beach, and can accommodate up to 2 adults with a child.
The attic in the villa features a large furnished outdoor terrace for lunch and dinner, a living room with a relaxing area and air conditioning, and a bedroom equipped with a comfortable wardrobe and constantly sanitized mattresses. You can see the sea directly from the bed!
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and hairdryer, but you will especially enjoy the outdoor shower with hot water.

We love nature…
and we fully respect current recycling regulations. The house is equipped with photovoltaic panels and a solar thermal system in operation, along with small solutions to make the house plastic-free (drinking water purifier, elimination of plastic plates and cups, etc.).

Setting

Within 100 km, you can reach the port and airport of Palermo, as well as Marsala and the Stagnone islands, Mazara with its casbah, Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples, Segesta, and Trapani.
We suggest bringing a pair of comfortable shoes to stroll along our beaches, all of incomparable beauty. Porto Palo, this year again, as it has for the past 25 years, has received the Blue Flag recognition.

Activities and attractions

From the apartment, you can reach —we do it on foot from the beach— the many restaurants and pizzerias of Portopalo; several equipped beaches at Lido Fiori; the archaeological park of Selinunte; the protected area at the mouth of the Belice River; Sciacca and its fish market; and the beach of Giache Bianche, made of white pebbles.
If, on the other hand, you love completely wild and semi-deserted beaches, with a little effort you can reach the Solette beach in Menfi.
At sunset, from the holiday home you can enjoy a walk among the vineyards along the bike paths; for a shorter route, perhaps illuminated by the moon, you cannot miss the Portopalo boardwalk
