El Rincón de los Pinos is a spacious, comfortable, and bright house, ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful stay near Granada. The house is almost entirely on one level, with only three steps between the living area and the bedrooms and bathrooms, making it especially convenient for children, elderly guests, or people with reduced mobility.

It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, a sofa bed, an en-suite bathroom, a massage chair, and a desk with monitor. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom also has two single beds.

The house is fully air-conditioned, with individual climate control in all bedrooms and in the living room, and there are radiators in the kitchen and bathrooms for extra comfort throughout the year.

There is also high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large open-plan living and dining area with a handmade table for 8 people and a comfortable lounge area with sofas and a Google TV projector.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private fenced swimming pool available from May to October, a garden, barbecue area, and a large covered porch with panoramic views of the greenery, the city of Granada, and Sierra Nevada. Everything is for private use only, so guests can enjoy the property with complete privacy.

Sierra Nevada is about 40 minutes away by car and is ideal for skiing in winter, as well as hiking and mountain activities during the rest of the year. The Costa Tropical is around 45 minutes away, so guests can also enjoy beach excursions during their stay.
