A beautiful holiday villa for rent (La Nucia )

The accommodation

The spacious house with a lovely veranda is built in a Spanish style, offers plenty of privacy, is cozily and comfortably furnished, and is fully equipped. Villa Holiday features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodates 6 people. The windows and doors have sliding screens (to keep out insects)! Air conditioning (hot and cold) is available in the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedrooms. In early October 2023, Villa Holiday was equipped with solar panels. In May 2025, the ground-floor bathroom was completely renovated and the house freshly painted!

The veranda is a wonderful place to relax in both summer and winter!

Villa Holiday features Canal Digitaal+ with many television channels, and there is also free Wi-Fi.

The large, beautifully landscaped garden with plenty of privacy features a lit private swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace with comfortable sun loungers... you can always choose between sun or shade. By the pool, there is a large table seating 6 people for enjoyable outdoor dining, as well as a picnic table. The private parking area is secured by an electrically operated gate.

Upon request, a free cot and high chair can be added!

The tenants will be welcomed by a multilingual Dutch manager, who will be your point of contact for the remainder of your stay.

There will be some light construction activity in the street until the summer, which may cause minor noise disturbance during the day. This does not affect the accessibility or amenities of the house, allowing you to fully enjoy the comfortable home and the beautiful surroundings.

Setting

Villa Holiday...for the true holidaymaker...is a beautiful holiday home on a 565m² plot with a private swimming pool and outdoor kitchen/BBQ house, located between Benidorm and La Nucia on the Costa Blanca. Villa Holiday is situated in a very quiet, safe, small villa neighbourhood, on a cul-de-sac with low traffic in the Holiday Club urbanisation.

Activities and attractions

La Nucia, City of Sports in Europe (2013, 2017, and 2024), is one of the most international municipalities in Europe with many European residents. In the surrounding area, there are many restaurants and supermarkets geared towards Europeans where you can often speak your own language... Just 500 meters away, you will find the MasyMas supermarket, banks, and a pharmacy. At 700 meters, easily accessible on foot, lies a shopping center with various restaurants and the Mercadona supermarket. Don't forget to visit the beautiful old center of La Nucia and the immense Camilo Cano Sports Center, where you might just bump into a famous athlete! The largest and oldest "Oktoberfest of Spain" can also be found here... From Villa Holiday, you can drive to the picturesque towns of Altea and Albir in 7 minutes; the authentic town of Altea is a 10-minute drive away. You will also find the Manhattan of Spain 4 km away; Benidorm, with its bustling boulevard and yellow sandy beaches, the stunning old town with its many bars and (tapas) restaurants, and of course the gigantic skyscrapers.

If you love nature, the hinterland is one of the most beautiful on the Costa Blanca, with charming towns such as Guadalest and Finestrat. You can reach the beautiful city of Alicante in about a half-hour drive, and you can be in the heart of Valencia in just over an hour's drive...
