The accommodation

Welcome to TIME TO RELAX, a bright, newly renovated Mediterranean-style apartment that combines comfort, tranquillity and quality living. Spread over 95 m², you will enjoy a modern and well-equipped home in a peaceful residential complex within the Golf Resort Golf Panorámica, just minutes from the sea.

Large windows flood the spacious living and dining area with natural light and open directly onto the balcony. Here you can enjoy the morning sun, green surroundings and a side view of the sea. Both bedrooms also have direct balcony access.

The fully equipped kitchen includes oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, washing machine and dryer. Spices, olive oil, vinegar, tea and coffee are provided for your arrival.

Two comfortable bedrooms with quality mattresses, built-in wardrobes and shutters ensure restful sleep. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with shower and window, while the second bathroom includes a bathtub. Hairdryers are available in both bathrooms.

The apartment offers air conditioning (hot/cold), 500 MB fibre-optic WiFi, Smart TV, lift access and a private parking space directly outside.

The complex features a large swimming pool with children’s pool, jacuzzi and sunbathing areas. Lifeguards are present during the summer season. There is also a paddle court (free with reservation) and a playground.

Restaurants, a bar and a small supermarket are located within the resort. The Pitch & Putt course is just 500 m away and the 18-hole golf course around 2 km. The beaches of Vinaròs are 10–15 minutes away, Peñíscola about 20 minutes.

Golf in the morning, sea in the afternoon, relaxation in the evening.

We kindly ask for respectful use of the apartment and the facilities. Waste must be disposed of in the designated containers outside the complex at the end of your stay. The bins within the residential area are not intended for household waste.

Please use the air conditioning responsibly and avoid operating it with open windows. Electricity consumption is included under normal use.

Hanging towels over the balcony railing and using barbecues are not permitted.

The apartment must always be locked when leaving. Upon departure, please dispose of waste, leave dishes clean and empty the refrigerator. The internal regulations of the complex are available in the apartment and must be observed.

Check-in details are provided in advance by email and key handover takes place in person. Standard check-in and check-out times apply. Flexible times may be arranged subject to availability, though this is limited during high season.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Pets, parties and events are not permitted. The minimum age for booking guests is 25. Community quiet hours must be respected.

A security deposit is required. Depending on the booking platform, it will be handled according to their policies. Final cleaning is charged separately. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for longer stays. Bed linen and towels are included.

The swimming pool is seasonal and generally open during the summer months when lifeguards are present. Paddle court use depends on availability and requires reservation. Weather conditions may affect access to certain outdoor areas.

Green fees are not included and must be booked directly with the golf club. There is no direct access to the golf course, though it is located nearby.

A private vehicle is essential, as there is no public transport available in the area.

The complex is generally quiet. Regular garden maintenance and summer pool activity may cause occasional noise.

Ideal for families, golfers and guests seeking a relaxing stay. Not suitable for party groups.

Sustainability is important to us, including waste separation and responsible energy use. The resort provides 24-hour security service.

Setting

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. There are no locked or private areas within the property. Both the interior and the balcony are for your private use.

A fixed, numbered parking space is located directly in front of the building, just a few metres from the entrance. The building is equipped with a lift.

The large communal swimming pool is accessible by key only and is free of charge for guests. The pool is open during the summer season when lifeguards are present. Facilities include a main pool, a separate children’s pool and a jacuzzi area with sunbathing spaces.

The paddle court is communal and free to use, with reservations made via the resort’s internal app. A playground, green areas and outdoor fitness zones are also available.

The complex is private and gated with 24-hour security service. Access is restricted to residents and registered guests. The resort area is under video surveillance.

Within the resort you will find restaurants, a bar and a small supermarket. Communal garden areas and waste separation facilities are provided.

Additional sports facilities include extra paddle and tennis courts, football areas and petanque courts. Further sports activities are available at the Pitch & Putt area for an additional fee.

Activities and attractions

The accommodation is located within Golf Resort Golf Panorámica near Sant Jordi in the north of Castellón province, part of the authentic Costa Azahar. The region is defined by Mediterranean landscapes, olive groves, gentle hills and open views towards the mountains and the sea.

The resort is spacious, well maintained and generally peaceful. Outside the summer months the atmosphere is relaxed, while during the holiday season it becomes more international and lively. The combination of golf, sports, nature and proximity to the sea makes this location highly versatile.

Within the resort you will find restaurants, a bar, a small supermarket and various sports facilities. In addition to the 18-hole golf course and Pitch & Putt, there are paddle and tennis courts, petanque areas and paths ideal for walking, jogging or cycling.

The nearby village of Sant Jordi has preserved its traditional character with small squares and local bars. The beaches of Vinaròs are about 10–15 minutes away by car and offer a promenade, harbour and excellent gastronomy. The historic coastal town of Peñíscola, around 20 minutes away, is famous for its old town set on a rock above the sea.

A private vehicle is essential, as there is no public transport within the resort. Parking is readily available.
