The accommodation

Sol, Golf & Relax is a spacious luxury townhouse of approximately 125 m² located in the prestigious Golf Panorámica Resort in Sant Jordi. It combines Mediterranean lifestyle with high-quality comfort and privacy, offering the ideal setting for relaxing holidays with family or friends – between golf, sea and nature.

From the moment you enter the house, you immediately notice the brightness and generous layout. The open-plan living and dining area is modern and comfortable, featuring large windows and direct access to the terrace. A smart TV, sound system and board games create a welcoming atmosphere for relaxed evenings. The air conditioning system (hot/cold) ensures a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year.

The terrace is a private and sheltered outdoor space surrounded by tall hedges that prevent any outside view and guarantee complete privacy. It is equipped with a dining table and chairs, sunshade, loungers and a barbecue – perfect for long summer evenings under the Mediterranean sky.

The fully equipped kitchen offers dishwasher, oven, hob, Nespresso machine, generous workspace and a small breakfast bar with two stools. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Upon arrival, water, beer and wine await you as a welcome gesture.

Upstairs you will find three double bedrooms with quality mattresses, wardrobes and shutters for full blackout. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A second modern bathroom with shower adds further comfort. An additional guest toilet is located on the ground floor.

The 500 MB fibre-optic internet connection makes the house ideal for home office, video meetings or uninterrupted streaming.

A private parking space is located directly next to the house.

The spacious communal area offers two large swimming pools with children’s section and lifeguard service in summer. Free padel courts (reservation via app), tennis courts, boules areas and a playground are also available. Walking paths and sports activities begin directly within the resort.

The 18-hole golf course is approximately 2 km away and the pitch & putt course just 500 metres. The beaches of Vinaròs can be reached in 10–15 minutes, Peñíscola in about 20 minutes.

Sol, Golf & Relax is ideal for golfers, families, those seeking tranquility and anyone who wishes to combine privacy, comfort and Mediterranean lifestyle.

Upon departure, rubbish must be disposed of in the designated containers located outside the complex and not in the public bins within the urbanisation.

When leaving the house and when using the air conditioning, windows and doors must remain closed. Responsible use of energy is expected.

No towels or textiles may be hung over the balcony or terrace railing. Barbecuing is only permitted using the grill provided at the property.

Upon departure, dishes must be left clean, the dishwasher emptied, and the refrigerator and freezer cleared.

The house must always be locked when leaving.

The internal regulations of the urbanisation must be respected and are available inside the house.

Check-in takes place in person. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least one day in advance. Regular check-in time is between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. During the summer months flexibility is limited. In case of delay, prior notice is required.

Completion of the legally required registration (SES Hospedajes) is mandatory before key handover.

The property is non-smoking. Pets, parties and events are not permitted. The minimum booking age is 25 years.

Final cleaning is mandatory and charged separately. Bed linen and towels are included. Upon departure, rubbish must be disposed of, dishes left clean and the refrigerator and freezer emptied.

On the day of arrival, a security deposit of 500 EUR will be blocked on the credit card and released no later than two days after departure, provided no damage is found.

The pool is open seasonally. Green fees must be booked separately. A car is essential, as there is no public transport.

The area is quiet, although typical summer pool noise may occur. Responsible energy use is expected.

Setting

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including the private terrace.

A designated private parking space is located directly next to the house.

The spacious communal swimming pool, open seasonally, includes a children’s area and is accessible only with a key. Lifeguard service is available during the summer.

A free padel court is available and can be reserved via app.

Within the gated complex you will find playgrounds, outdoor fitness areas and additional sports facilities such as tennis, football, boules and further padel courts. Some facilities may require a fee.

The resort offers restaurants and a small supermarket. The complex is secured 24/7 with security service and partial video surveillance.

Waste separation facilities are available.

SOL, GOLF & RELAX is located in the Golf Panorámica Resort near Sant Jordi, in the north of Castellón province on the Costa Azahar. The region is known for its authentic Mediterranean landscape, wide olive groves and pleasant climate with many sunny days throughout the year.

The resort itself combines tranquility, well-maintained architecture and spacious green areas with a wide range of leisure activities. In addition to the 18-hole golf course and the pitch & putt course just 500 metres away, there are padel courts, tennis courts, boules areas and numerous paths for walking, jogging or cycling. The beaches of Vinaròs, with promenade, harbour and excellent seafood restaurants, can be reached within minutes. The historic coastal town of Peñíscola, famous for its impressive castle, is about 20 minutes away and is one of the most beautiful destinations in the region.

Sant Jordi itself has preserved its traditional village character and offers an authentic Spanish lifestyle away from large tourist centres.

A car is essential, as there is no public transport. Parking is widely available within the resort.
