The accommodation

THE HAPPY PLACE – Golf Panorámica is a modern and comfortable ground-floor apartment located in the exclusive Golf Panorámica Resort in Sant Jordi on the Costa Azahar. With around 95 m² of living space, the apartment offers plenty of room for up to four guests and combines stylish comfort with a peaceful location surrounded by Mediterranean nature and golf courses.

The apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families, couples or friends who want to enjoy a relaxing stay. The main bedroom has a double bed measuring 180 × 200 cm, consisting of two single beds of 90 × 200 cm each. The second bedroom also offers two single beds (90 × 200 cm). A sofa bed is also available if needed.

The bright living and dining area opens directly onto a spacious terrace overlooking the pool area. It is the perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, whether for breakfast outdoors or a relaxing evening after a day at the beach or on the golf course.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. A washing machine and dryer are also available, making the apartment ideal for longer stays.

For comfort and entertainment the apartment offers Smart TV and high-speed fibre internet (around 500 Mb), which is also ideal for remote work.

The building has an elevator, a private parking space and access to the resort’s communal swimming pool.

Thanks to its quiet location within Golf Panorámica Resort, THE HAPPY PLACE is an ideal accommodation for golfers, families, active travellers and remote workers. The beaches of Vinaròs as well as restaurants and shops can be reached within a short drive.

Please treat the apartment, its furnishings and the shared areas of the resort with respect.

Waste must be disposed of in the containers outside the complex upon departure. When leaving the apartment or using the air conditioning, doors and windows must remain closed.

It is not permitted to hang towels or textiles over the balcony or terrace railing. Barbecuing is only allowed using the grill provided.

Before departure, dishes must be left clean and the fridge and freezer emptied.

Small dogs are allowed on request. Dogs must always be kept on a leash throughout the Golf Panorámica Resort. Walking dogs within the complex is not permitted.

Golf Panorámica Resort is located in a quiet area slightly outside the coastal towns. This allows guests to enjoy a very peaceful atmosphere surrounded by Mediterranean nature and golf courses. For shopping, restaurants and trips to the coast, a car is recommended as there is no public transport within the resort.

The beaches of Vinaròs can be reached in about 10–15 minutes by car. The historic coastal town of Peñíscola, famous for its impressive old town and castle, is around 20 minutes away.

Check-in takes place personally through our local contact person. Before arrival guests will receive the contact details by email and are asked to inform us about their approximate arrival time. Regular check-in time is between 16:00 and 18:00. Guests should ideally confirm their arrival time at least one day in advance.

According to Spanish regulations, all guests must be registered before the keys are handed over. The registration is completed digitally via the SES Hospedajes system.

The communal swimming pool of the urbanisation is open seasonally and opening times may vary depending on the time of year.

The resort is especially suitable for guests looking for peace, nature, golf and a relaxed atmosphere while still being within short driving distance of the coast, restaurants and shops.

Setting

As a guest of THE HAPPY PLACE – Golf Panorámica, you have exclusive access to the entire apartment as well as the private terrace. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained residential building within a quiet holiday complex in the Golf Panorámica Resort in Sant Jordi on the Costa Azahar.

The apartment includes a covered private parking space within the building, allowing you to park your vehicle safely and conveniently at all times. The building also has an elevator providing comfortable access to all floors.

Guests can enjoy the well-maintained communal swimming pool of the urbanisation. The pool is reserved exclusively for residents and guests of this complex and offers a pleasant place to relax and cool down on warm days.

Within the holiday complex guests can also use the padel court free of charge. In addition, the wider Golf Panorámica Resort offers further sports facilities nearby, including tennis courts, a football field, outdoor fitness areas and boules or petanque courts. Some of these facilities are located outside the immediate complex but still within the resort and can be reached easily.

For golf enthusiasts the location is particularly attractive. The well-known 18-hole Golf Panorámica golf course is located about 2 km away. A Pitch & Putt course with 18 holes is also available approximately 500 metres from the apartment.

Within the resort there are also several restaurants and a small supermarket where guests can purchase basic groceries.

The complex is a gated community with controlled access. Additional security is provided by a 24-hour security service as well as video surveillance in several areas of the resort.

The beaches of Vinaròs with its promenade, harbour and many restaurants and shops can be reached in about 10–15 minutes by car. The historic coastal town of Peñíscola, famous for its impressive old town and the Castle of Papa Luna, is around 20 minutes away and is one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Azahar.

The surrounding area is perfect for cycling, walking or jogging through the Mediterranean landscape. Because of the quiet location of the resort, having a car is recommended to explore the region comfortably.
