The accommodation
The house is a two-storey terraced property with an attic. It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a living-dining room. It features a private courtyard with plants, a lemon tree, a green area and garden furniture, as well as a terrace with outdoor dining furniture. It is very peaceful, with no noise or disturbances, as it is a small, quiet residential development.
A very quiet, unspoilt beach with protected dunes and crystal-clear waters. You can go fishing there, and it is well-suited for surfing and windsurfing.
There is also a small freshwater river which is a delight for children.
Communal swimming pool, private courtyard with plants and a lemon tree, and terraces with outdoor furniture. Sports facilities nearby, including a golf course, paddle tennis, tennis, etc. Surrounded by beautiful mountainous landscapes and charming, picturesque villages.
Very peaceful sandy beach and dunes, free from noise and tourist areas.
