The accommodation
It´s a 75m2 apartment with three bedrooms, living room, bathroom, toilet, and two balconies.
It is a matrimonial room with a bay window, a room with two single beds that open onto a balcony, a room with two bunk beds and another auxiliary single bed.
There are two bathrooms, one complete and the other is a toilet.
The kitchen is newly renovated (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator), with hot water boiler and heating.
Setting
The urbanization is located in a strategic place to enjoy nature. It has a pedestrian exit to the forest and Ris Beach, with another pedestrian exit to the cliffs.
There are food shops in holiday season a few meters away, and outside this season, about 400 - 500 meters, as the town center is about 10 - 15 minutes walk.
The urbanization itself is a quiet community, where the children enjoy a comfortable environment and their parents enjoy this.
Activities and attractions
There are several schools for surfing, paddle surfing, canoeing. Noja is situated in a spectacular natural setting, with sea on one side, mountains, marshes where there are guided tours.
There are many places to visit (Cabárceno, different caves, the lighthouse of Santoña...), in addition to all this, the sports center is a 7-minute walk away. It is a facility with a small spa circuit, gym, swimming pool...
