Welcome! Please take care of our home as if it were yours:

Rest: Silence 22:00–08:00. No parties. Registered guests only.

Energy & Smoke: Responsible A/C use. No smoking inside (terrace only). No pets.

Cleaning: Trash in street containers. Use beach showers for sand before entry.

Security: Lock doors and windows when out. Key loss has a cost.

Check-out: Before 12:00. Leave the house tidy and dishes clean.

Damages: Any damage or extra cleaning will be deducted from the deposit. Please report any issues.
