The accommodation

This welcoming one‑bedroom apartment features two single beds, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a bidet for added convenience. The bright living room is furnished with a cosy sofa and a flat‑screen TV with cable channels, ideal for unwinding after a day out.
One of the highlights of the apartment is its spacious balcony with an open view over the countryside, where you may occasionally spot shepherds guiding their flocks of sheep — a charming and peaceful local scene.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your holiday. The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by lift.
Covered parking is available upon prior reservation, subject to availability and an additional fee. The condominium also offers an adult swimming pool and a children’s pool, surrounded by a lawn area. Sun loungers are shared and available for all residents.
The location is very convenient: within a short drive you will find supermarkets, restaurants, Albufeira Old Town, Pau da Bandeira Viewpoint, and several popular beaches such as Praia dos Pescadores and Praia do Inatel. The area is peaceful yet close to Albufeira’s main attractions.

Parties or events are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. All guests must complete the check‑in form. The form can be shared among all guests and updated as many times as needed until completed. The cardholder who made the payment must send their identification document and the signed proof of payment. If these steps are not completed, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund. Upon departure, please take out the rubbish and leave the dishes washed. Return the key to the same key box. The security deposit is mandatory before arrival.
