With capacity for 6–8 guests, it features 3 bedrooms with 6 beds and two additional mattresses, making it ideal for families or groups. The property includes 2 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, ensuring comfort for all guests. It also offers a lovely private garden to relax in, along with a barbecue area perfect for outdoor meals. You can also enjoy the shared swimming pool and a cozy fireplace for cooler days.

The house is fully equipped so you don’t have to worry about anything: bed linen, towels, kitchenware, iron, hairdryer, TV, and washing machine are all included. It runs on natural gas for both the kitchen and water heater, ensuring comfort throughout your stay. Additionally, it features 2 private parking spaces, making your arrival and mobility easy and convenient. A space designed to relax, enjoy, and feel at home from the very first moment.

The property has access to a shared swimming pool. Access is through a fenced garden area. The pool itself is not fenced, so children and non-swimmers must always be supervised. Parties and events are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors’ rest, especially during nighttime hours.
