The accommodation

Magnificent four-bedroom beachfront apartment. It features a large 12 m² terrace with outdoor furniture for six people, offering incredible sea views. The terrace is accessible from the living/dining room and one bedroom.

The front bedroom, facing the sea and with direct access to the terrace, is furnished with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms have access to the rear of the apartment and a small balcony. Each has two single beds. There is a fourth bedroom with a single bed. All bedrooms have natural light.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, and coffee maker, as well as all necessary cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils.

There are two full bathrooms, each with a bathtub. One of the bathrooms also has a bidet.

The building has an elevator, a private covered parking space, a storage room, and communal showers.

The apartment is on the 6th floor and is fully equipped and furnished for up to 7 people. It is located 30 meters from the seafront promenade and sandy beach, in a very quiet residential area, yet close to the marina. All kinds of amenities are nearby.
