The second floor offers the perfect space to relax, with a spacious master en-suite bedroom with a double bed, ample wardrobe space, a lounge area with sofas and a full bathroom with bathtub.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and microwave, as well as complete kitchenware for a comfortable and practical stay.

The property includes ducted air conditioning throughout, a TV in the living room and built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms.

The Puerto Marino residential complex offers a well-maintained and peaceful environment, with Mediterranean gardens featuring lawns and palm trees, as well as a fully enclosed communal swimming pool. From the complex, there is direct access to the beach via a pedestrian crossing.

A private parking space for one vehicle is included.

Minimum stay of 11 nights until June. July and August rentals are by fortnight.
