The accommodation

“Tuscan al Mar” is a bright and airy One-bedroom apartment with spectacular pool and sea views on the gated Tuscan complex, front line to the sea and ocean promenade in Costa Teguise.

This cosy holiday home features a double-bedroom and bathroom with shower. The open kitchen is great for any self-catering holiday, and the bright living room with sofa bed, opens onto a large sunny terrace. Here you can enjoy outdoor seating and spectacular views on to one of the two community pools and the ocean beyond, making it ideal for sun-soaking and al-fresco dining.

The apartment includes multi-lingual satellite-TV and WIFI ensuring connectivity and the comfort of our guests.

Outside of the complex is plenty of free street parking.

Use of the accommodation exclusively for guests who have reserved and access to unregistered persons is prohibited.

Quiet hours / reduced noise from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 22:00 to 07:00.
Rubbish must be removed at departure.
This holiday home may have a security system installed, which includes cameras. These cameras are ONLY active to take instant photos (not film) when the alarm is activated. Use of the alarm is at discretion of the guest.

Setting

The TUSCAN complex is located on the front line to the sea in Costa Teguise. It features 2 communal swimming pools and is conveniently located on the local bus route with a stop in front.
The apartment is only a 10-minute walk from Playa Bastian and the “King’s beach” along the ocean promenade, and 15 minutes from the centre of town.
The complex homes a small local supermarket for necessities and is less than 10-minute walk away from bigger shops and restaurants.

Costa Teguise is one of the most popular tourist resorts on the island while still representing island character without overcrowding. There are beautiful beaches and a wide variety of gastronomic delights. It is well connected to all parts of the island.
