The accommodation

Located in a tranquil area, Villa Patricio is ideally situated for your next visit to Costa Teguise.
The villa is centrally located and close to all amenities -
Just a five minute walk to the nearest Spar supermarket and ten minutes walk to Las Cucharas Blue Flag beach, restaurants and shops. Fifteen minutes (walk) will take you to
Pueblo Marinero, the area known as ‘The Square’ where there is an abundance of restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment, as well as the local Friday evening market.
The villa comprises a sunken open plan lounge, extending seamlessly outdoors to the terrace area via large sliding doors on one end, and a very well equipped kitchen on the opposite side.
The lounge has a high domed ceiling, fitted with traditional beamed features, creating a relaxed and spacious ambience. A raised dining area, accommodating seating for six people, is ideally situated between the kitchen and lounge.
The extensively equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge and freezer, full oven, convection hob, microwave, Nespresso vertuo coffee machine. A washing machine is located in the adjoining utility.
The villa has full air condition/space-heating throughout at no extra cost.
The paved terrace area has a private, heated, Roman style pool (6m x 4m), with easy-access steps and is not overlooked.
There is a traditional pergola, which is ideal for shaded outdoor dining, a built-in barbecue, sun loungers and ambient mood lighting, as well as a rear street access door.
The villa offers free super fast fibre Internet with whole house WiFi coverage - this is ideal for our digital nomad friends!
Also available are multiple USB access points for separate charging of mobile phones, tablets etc.
There are three spacious bedrooms, sleeping six -
- a Master en-suite (king size bed).

- Two bathrooms (inc en-suite) with power showers

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
No pets allowed.
Parties are not allowed.
Use of the accommodation exclusively for guests who have reserved and access to unregistered persons is prohibited.
Guests are financially responsible for any damages or losses caused to the accommodation during and due to their stay.
Quiet hours / reduced noise from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 22:00 to 07:00.
Rubbish must be removed at departure.
This holiday home may have a security system installed, which includes cameras. These cameras are ONLY active to take instant photos (not film) when the alarm is activated. Use of the alarm is at discretion of the guest.

Costa Teguise is one of the most popular tourist resorts on the island while still representing island character without overcrowding. There are beautiful beaches and a wide variety of gastronomic delights. It is well connected to all parts of the island.
