The accommodation

Bright apartment with modern decoration, perfect for a getaway, in the Ibiza district, near the Retiro.
It is located in the Barrio de Ibiza, an area with a lot of life, with bars and restaurants very close, and also close to the most important commercial areas of Madrid (Serrano, Velázquez and Alcalá), an ideal location to enjoy the most attractive shops and restaurants in the city
The apartment is distributed in 2 bedrooms with modern decoration and both have a wardrobe. Both bedrooms have a double bed of 150.
The apartment also has 1 bathroom, with a large and modern shower, and fully equipped with gel, shampoo, towels and hairdryer.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking (pans, pots, crockery, cutlery, etc.), fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating, a washing machine and also has WiFi. Entire apartment suitable for four people

We kindly ask you to be careful with the rest of the neighbours after 22:00 hours.
Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the flat and parties are not allowed in the apartment (failure to comply will result in a fine of 300€).
We have a baby cot available: 20€ per stay.
It is important not to forget the keys inside during your stay in the flat, and especially not to leave the flat having left the keys inside the lock, as this will be blocked and you will not be able to enter. In these cases a locksmith will have to come to the apartment and you will have to pay the opening fee.
When you check-out, please leave the keys on the table in the living room and close the door behind you.

The apartment is delivered with bed linen and 2 towels for each guest as well as a bath mat in the bathroom, and hangers in the closets.
In addition, we take great care of the cleanliness of our apartments with special disinfection precautions.
Two sets of keys will be provided to enable access at any time.

The studio is in the Barrio de Ibiza, in the center of Madrid, one of the liveliest areas, with bars and restaurants very close, and also close to the most important shopping areas of Madrid (Serrano, Velázquez and Alcalá), an ideal location to enjoy the most attractive stores and restaurants in the city.
From the apartment you can access in less than a minute to the Retiro Park, and its perfect location makes that with short walks you can visit the most exclusive Madrid, since we are 4 minutes from the Puerta de Alcalá, 10 minutes from the Plaza de Cibeles, 15 minutes from the Prado Museum and Thyssen Museum and 20 minutes from the Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía, and without the need for public transport.
