The accommodation

Elegant interior apartment of 65 m2 next to the Retiro Park, and with great luminosity.
The apartment is distributed in 2 bedrooms with modern decoration and both have closet. One of the bedrooms has a double bed of 150 and the other with two single beds of 90, plus a bathroom between the two rooms.
As for the bathrooms, it has 1 with modern shower and fully equipped with gel, shampoo, towels and hairdryer.
The living-dining room, provides a great luminosity to the apartment, is equipped with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and dining area with a large table that can amply accommodate 4 people.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking (pans, pots, crockery, cutlery, etc.), refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and capsule coffee maker.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating in all rooms, and also has WiFi, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
It is a quiet apartment, located in the downtown area, and with a perfect location, as through pleasant walks you can explore the most exclusive Madrid. An ideal location to enjoy the most attractive stores and restaurants in the city without moving
You can walk to all the tourist areas of the capital!
It offers accommodation for 4 guests maximum

We kindly ask you to be careful with the rest of the neighbours after 22:00 hours.
Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the flat and parties are not allowed in the apartment (failure to comply will result in a fine of 300€).
We have a baby cot available: 20€ per stay.
It is important not to forget the keys inside during your stay in the flat, and especially not to leave the flat having left the keys inside the lock, as this will be blocked and you will not be able to enter. In these cases a locksmith will have to come to the apartment and you will have to pay the opening fee.
When you check-out, please leave the keys on the table in the living room and close the door behind you.

Barrio Salamanca is one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Madrid, with shows and the most exclusive nightlife, while at the same time quiet, and where by day we can also enjoy its stately facades, which make Madrid one of the most attractive European capitals in terms of the mix of classic and avant-garde architecture.
The apartment is delivered with bed linen and 2 towels for each guest as well as bath mats in each bathroom, and hangers in the closets.
In addition, we take great care of the cleanliness of our apartments with special disinfection precautions.
Two sets of keys will be provided to enable access at any time.

Setting

The apartment is very quiet and is located in a classic building in the center of Madrid with an elevator.
The elevator is located on the mezzanines, so you will need to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment.

The apartment is in the Salamanca neighborhood, in the center of Madrid, one of the most exclusive shopping and gastronomic areas where elegant luxury shops are located on Madrid's famous Golden Mile (Serrano-Goya-Velázquez) and Michelin-starred restaurants.
From the apartment you can reach the Retiro Park in less than a minute, and its perfect location means that with small walks you will travel the most exclusive Madrid, since we are 4 minutes from Puerta de Alcalá, 10 minutes from Plaza de Cibeles, 15 minutes from Prado Museum and Thyssen Museum and 20 minutes from Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía, and no need for public transport.
