On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, providing additional convenience for the common areas.

On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, both en suite with shower bathrooms, ensuring greater privacy and comfort for guests.

On the lower floor, there are two additional bedrooms, one with three bunk beds and another with two bunk beds, ideal for larger groups or families with children, as well as a bathroom with a shower serving this level.

The kitchen is fully equipped, practical, and functional, designed to make meal preparation during your stay easy and convenient.

Outside, the villa features a pleasant deck with a jacuzzi (optional, at an additional cost), an outdoor dining area, relaxation spaces, and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying relaxed moments in great company. The option of a heatable pool will be available from next year, and in 2027 the property will feature a swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi.
