Enjoy a few relaxing days in our apartment, which is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
It is ideally located right in the centre of Arroyo de la Miel, with all amenities just a stone’s throw away, close to the beach and the tourist area.
This area is perfect for getting around on foot, just a 5-minute walk from the train station.
The recently refurbished property features a bedroom with a double bed and a fan, a living room with a sofa bed and air conditioning, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, Wi-Fi and a large TV in the living room, and a terrace that catches the afternoon sun.
Perfect for families or for sharing your holiday with friends.

Smoking is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Please respect quiet hours (11.00 pm to 9.00 am).
Please leave the property as you found it.
Check-in time is 4.00 pm and check-out time is 11.00 am.

Keys can be collected at the entrance to the building.
Please contact the manager.
A passport or ID is required to register as a guest with the police.

Setting

The property features a swimming pool area (with pools for children and adults) and extensive gardens.
This is open from 15 June to 15 September; however, we recommend that you check whether the pool will be open during your stay.
During the winter, the gardens are open from 10:00 to 16:00.
The property does not have private parking, but there are free and paid car parks in the local area.
