The accommodation
We kindly ask you to be careful with the rest of the neighbours after 22:00 hours.
Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the flat and parties are not allowed in the apartment (failure to comply will result in a fine of 300€).
We have a baby cot available: 20€ per stay.
It is important not to forget the keys inside during your stay in the flat, and especially not to leave the flat having left the keys inside the lock, as this will be blocked and you will not be able to enter. In these cases a locksmith will have to come to the apartment and you will have to pay the opening fee.
When you check-out, please leave the keys on the table in the living room and close the door behind you.

The apartment is provided with bed linen and two towels per guest, as well as a bath mat in the bathroom and hangers in the wardrobes.
We also take special care with the cleanliness of our apartments, following strict disinfection protocols.
To allow access at any time, two sets of keys will be provided.
