• Open-Space Living Area: On the lower floor, you will find a bright environment with a dining table, Smart TV, and a comfortable French sofa bed with a click-clack system (195 cm x 112 cm), ideal for two additional guests.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Perfect for any need, it includes an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine (with a complimentary welcome kit).
• Modern Bathroom: Features a large walk-in shower, hairdryer, and a welcome set with fresh linens and soft towels included for each guest.

The accommodation is located outside the main ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). You can reach Via Etnea, Villa Bellini, historic markets, main monuments, and the city's best pastry shops with a short walk.
• From the Airport: Easily accessible directly via the ALIBUS shuttle (stop just 250 meters from the loft) or by train + metro (Stesicoro Metro stop is a 5-minute walk away).
• By Car: Public parking on blue-lined spaces is available on the street, or in guarded parking garages in the immediate vicinity.
ℹ️ IMPORTANT NOTES FOR GUESTS:
• As this is a professionally managed tourist rental, hotel-type services (such as daily housekeeping or linen changes during the stay) are not provided.
• Mandatory Digital Pre-Check-in: Before arrival, online registration of documents and the signing of the rental agreement via our secure Guest Portal are required. Keys will be handed over in person at the agreed time.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property (allowed only on the balcony). Pets or parties are not allowed.
