IT IS COMPLETELY FORBIDDEN TO ALLOW GUESTS OVER BOOKING OR USE OF EXTRA BEDS TO WHICH HIRED. (€ 20 extra per guest-bed / night)

The hiring and entry into this accommodation implies the knowledge and acceptance of these rules.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Failure to comply will result in a €40 odor removal fee.
- Towels are not permitted for makeup removal. In case of damage, a €5-€10 fee per towel will apply.
- Cleaning of used tableware (dishes, cutlery, etc.) is mandatory. Failure to do so will result in a €20 extra cleaning fee.
- Organizing parties or events is strictly prohibited. In case of damage, appropriate legal action will be taken.
- Pets are not allowed. In case of non-compliance, a €50 extra cleaning fee will apply.
- Overnight stays by guests outside the contracted capacity and the use of additional beds beyond those reserved are prohibited. In case of non-compliance, a €20 fee per guest or extra bed per night will be applied. If these rules are not followed and additional cleaning is necessary to remove stains, odors, or damage, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Booking and entering this accommodation implies knowledge and acceptance of these rules.

Final cleaning is included in the price. Guests are only required to clean the items they use during their stay.
