Important Information for Your Stay

Our check-ins are self-service, so we do not hand over keys in person unless strictly necessary. We will provide you with detailed instructions for access, check-out, and guest registration.

Dear guests, our properties are classified as tourist accommodation, which means they do not have 24-hour reception or room service. The hours for phone inquiries and requests are from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Outside these hours, please do not call unless it is an EMERGENCY. For any other matter, you can contact us via WhatsApp.

As a courtesy, and since we do not offer room service, we provide:
- 2 rolls of toilet paper per stay**.
- One bath towel per person**.
- One hand towel and one bath mat per bathroom**.
- Shower gel and shampoo.

Beds are prepared according to the number of guests. If you have any special requests, such as separating beds, it is necessary to request it in advance, as it may be subject to **additional charger.

Important: The towels provided are not intended for beach use or as makeup removers.

Additionally, any late check-out request must be made in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
