Our check-ins are self-service, so we do not hand over keys in person unless strictly necessary. We will provide you with detailed instructions for access, check-out, and guest registration.

The hours for phone inquiries and requests are from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Outside these hours, please do not call unless it is an EMERGENCY. For any other matter, you can contact us via WhatsApp.
As a courtesy, and since we do not offer room service, we provide:
- 2 rolls of toilet paper per stay**.
- One bath towel per person**.
- One hand towel and one bath mat per bathroom**.
- Shower gel and shampoo.
Beds are prepared according to the number of guests. If you have any special requests, such as separating beds, it is necessary to request it in advance, as it may be subject to **additional charger.
Important: The towels provided are not intended for beach use or as makeup removers.
