The main bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, air conditioning and a large wardrobe. In addition, the apartment includes a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The building offers excellent communal areas, including three swimming pools, a sun terrace with loungers, and a gym for residents' exclusive use.

Check-in Procedure:

-Present identification documents for all guests.
-Security deposit by card: €150. The deposit is returned within 7 days after check-out.
- Payment for additional services if requested.

House Rules:

-No smoking or parties allowed in the accommodation.
-Respect the guest limit according to the reservation.
-Upon leaving, please return the keys, take out the trash, and clean the used dishes.
