The house is strategically located in a highly sought-after location, ideal for those who want to enjoy the area's crystal-clear sea without sacrificing the convenience of services, restaurants, the marina, and the main attractions of the Costa Smeralda. Although it doesn't have a sea view, the apartment captivates with its spaciousness, privacy, and, above all, its wonderful private paved garden with a covered veranda, perfect for enjoying the outdoors throughout the day.

The outdoor space is one of the house's true highlights: a large veranda furnished with a table, chairs, and outdoor furniture allows you to enjoy breakfast al fresco, a relaxing lunch, an aperitif at sunset, or a summer dinner under the Sardinian sky. To respect the environment, take care to turn off the air conditioning and lights in the house when you are not present during the day.
Avoid shouting and shouting during the most delicate hours and in condominium spaces.

Once the door is closed, do not leave the keys in the lock. You can insert them into the safe and be careful to enter the code again and mix up the numbers so as not to reopen the safe.

Portisco is strategically located centrally near the Costa Smeralda's most beautiful beaches and glamorous resorts. It is 13.9 km from the town of Porto Cervo, 14 km from the town of Porto Rotondo, and just 4 km from the village of San Pantaleo.

Portisco Beach, Rena Bianca Beach, and other wonderful coves are nearby and can be reached on foot or conveniently by car, with free parking near the beach.

At the Portisco Marina, just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find a minimarket, car, scooter, and dinghy rentals, excursions, and boat trips, as well as cocktail bars, restaurants, and pizzerias.

A medical service is available within the Portisco Consortium. Hours and rates are available on site.

The property complies with environmental protection regulations.
Guests are asked to dispose of their waste before check-out, taking care of recycling.

A shuttle service to and from the airport/port/station is available upon reservation for a fee.

The apartment offers a free, shared parking space in the "Asfodeli E" parking lot.
Within the Portisco Village, there are shared gardens, children's playgrounds, and a basketball court available to guests.
From the apartment, you can walk to the small, free beaches, or to Portisco Beach and the beautiful Rena Bianca.
On hot days, we recommend reaching the beaches by car or scooter and using the free and reserved parking spaces at the Village nearby.
Inside the Portisco Marina, there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, a supermarket, and a laundromat. Additionally, you can rent a dinghy, book an excursion, or rent a car or scooter.

Activities and attractions

Portisco is a small village on the outskirts of the Costa Smeralda. Inside there are beautiful beaches of fine white sand and crystal clear water.
The apartment is located a stone's throw from the Marina di Portisco, one of the most important marinas in Northern Sardinia, where it is possible to take advantage of many services to accompany your holiday. Among these, the rental of boats and dinghies, booking an excursion or eating at the restaurants or pizzerias present or drinking excellent cocktails. Among the services there is also a supermarket and a laundry service.

Just 4 km away you can reach the charming village of San Pantaleo and 15 minutes by car the famous Porto Cervo with its famous beaches and Porto Rotondo.

Portisco is only 15 km from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport and the Port of Olbia.
