It is an area situated between the city centre and traditional neighbourhoods such as San José and Torrero. Paseo Sagasta is one of the city’s main thoroughfares, which gives it:
-Excellent links to the city centre (Gran Vía, Plaza Aragón…)
-Lots of activity during the day
-A fairly urban and established character

Overall, it is a middle-class area, quite lively and with a mix of residents (families, older people, students and a fair bit of young people).

2. Pignatelli Park is the neighbourhood’s main green space.

What makes it special:
-It is a large urban park, recently refurbished, covering around 23,000 m²
-It features:
-A lake (suitable for boating)
