🛋️ LIVING AREA (Ground Floor):
Upon entering, you are welcomed by a modern living environment. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a coffee machine for your mornings. The living area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
In the living room, there is a sofa that can be converted into a bed (120 cm wide), ideal as a 5th bed for a child or teenager.
The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher for maximum comfort.
The house features two bathrooms:
Ground floor: Main bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, washing machine, and a large, spacious shower.

🛌 SLEEPING AREA (Upper Floor):
A staircase leads to the upper floor and the master bedroom. The vaulted ceiling reflects the history of the Borgo, while contemporary furnishings ensure quality rest. Architectural note: the vaulted ceiling has a maximum height of about 1.95 m at the center; an authentic detail that makes the room intimate and unique.
This floor includes a second private ensuite bathroom for your maximum privacy.

We know how difficult parking is in Gaeta. Included in your booking is a reserved parking space in a covered, monitored garage. Just park and enjoy the city on foot!

Note on the House Layout 🏠
▪︎ Like many historic homes in Gaeta, the property is set on two levels. Access to the sleeping area is via an internal staircase of 8 steps.
▪︎ Important: Being a period building, the steps are higher than average (about 24 cm). Although the stairs have a solid handrail, the accommodation may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility or the elderly.
▪︎ Mezzanine Height: The bedroom is under a historic vault. The maximum height in the center is about 1.95 m, sloping towards the sides. We recommend taller guests take care.

⚠️ House Rules (Please read carefully)
Welcome! To ensure a perfect stay and respect our community, please follow these rules:
🚗 Private Garage: The parking space is in Via Monte Grappa, a 1-minute walk away. Please enter and exit slowly with your car.
🤫 Neighborhood Respect: You are surrounded by residents. Loud noises are strictly forbidden, especially during rest hours (2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM). No parties or events.
🚭 Smoking: Smoking is forbidden inside. If smoking on the balcony, please use ashtrays.
🗑️ Waste Management: Please follow the recycling instructions found in the house. Incorrect disposal leads to heavy fines.
🐾 Pets: No pets allowed (unless privately agreed).
⚡ Energy Saving: Please turn off lights and AC when you are out.
🧹 Kitchen: Please leave the kitchen tidy and dishes washed at check-out.
