✔ Stays:
This property is offered exclusively as a seasonal rental, in accordance with Article 3.2 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). No lodging or tourist services are provided.
Stays must be for a temporary and justified reason, such as:
• Work or professional reasons.
• Studies, training, or academic programs.
• Medical reasons or recovery of health.
• Construction or renovations to the primary residence.
• Family visits or other temporary personal circumstances.

The stay will be formalized by means of a seasonal rental contract, which will state the duration, the reason for the stay, and the agreed conditions, in accordance with current regulations.
A minimum stay of 30 nights is recommended.

✔ Late check-in:
After 8:00 PM → €20
After 12:00 AM → €40
(Payable in cash upon arrival).

✔ Check-out: at 11:00 AM. We will not be present; simply leave the keys on the TV table and close the door behind you.

✔ Keys: two sets are provided.

✔ Documentation: upon arrival, a passport or ID will be requested for each guest.

✔ Sofa bed: available at an additional cost (includes bed linen and preparation prior to arrival, please inquire).

✔ Environment: we kindly ask you to turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.

Its excellent location makes it a strategic point to easily move around Madrid, with direct access to metro, train and several bus lines.
