Cozy house with private pool, air conditioning, wifi and parking located just 200 m from the beach.Juliola is a recently renovated semi-detached house with a fresh and modern decoration and integrated air conditioning. It is located in a very quiet urbanization just a few minutes from the town. It has access to a shared pool with only three other houses, which ensures reasonable tranquility. And if we want, we have Candell Beach just over a minute or two on foot.

The accommodation consists of a ground floor and an upper floor where we will find a dining room, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms as well as three bedrooms with double beds. You will have a terrace with outdoor dining room, sea views, garden, parking and an ideal environment for pleasant walks.
