Its private saltwater pool is a true highlight, measuring 7 x 4 metres with a uniform depth of 2 metres, perfect for cooling off on warm days while admiring the stunning Tramuntana mountains. A cosy porch and terrace provide the ideal setting for breakfast in the open air or for relaxing at sunset, while the fixed charcoal barbecue allows you to prepare delicious meals together in a peaceful and intimate atmosphere.
Inside, the house is arranged over two floors and offers a comfortable and functional living space. The living room features air conditioning and satellite TV, creating a welcoming spot to unwind after a day exploring the island. Next to it, the open-plan kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, ideal for preparing and enjoying pleasant meals at home. The property offers two double bedrooms, both with wardrobes and air conditioning; one is located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The house also has two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a washbasin and bathtub, and another with a washbasin, shower and bidet located outside. In addition, there is a practical independent laundry room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. A baby cot and high chair can also be provided if you are travelling with a baby.
This charming house is located just outside Alaró, a picturesque inland village in Mallorca at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. The area is known for its peaceful atmosphere, beautiful stone streets and the lively Plaça de la Vila, where you will find restaurants and terraces serving delicious Mallorcan cuisine. One of the main nearby attractions is Castell d’Alaró, a spectacular fortress perched on top of a mountain and perfect for a scenic hike with breathtaking views across the island. The cycling and hiking route to Orient is also very popular, passing through stunning landscapes of almond and olive trees. Just a few minutes away you will find local wineries offering wine tastings. In around 30–35 minutes by car you can reach Palma or beaches such as Playa de Muro and Alcúdia. For golf lovers, courses such as Son Termes or Alcanada are less than an hour away. It is the perfect location to enjoy nature, gastronomy and the authentic tranquillity of Mallorca.
