On the ground floor there is a charming patio, perfect for sharing meals outdoors in a cozy atmosphere. In addition, on the top floor you can relax sunbathing on the solarium terrace, an ideal space to unwind and enjoy the good weather.

The interior of the house is distributed over three floors and is designed to offer comfort and functionality. On the ground floor there is a living room equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV, integrated with a fully equipped kitchen-dining area with a ceramic hob. On the first floor are the three bedrooms, all with double beds, wardrobes, air conditioning and the possibility of adding a crib, ensuring rest and comfort. The property has two bathrooms: one with a shower and bidet on the ground floor, and another with a bathtub on the first floor. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Additionally, the house offers entertainment with a billiard table at the end of the ground-floor patio and a foosball table in a room next to the terrace on the top floor.
