The accommodation

Villa Dolce features:

TERRACE WITH SEA VIEWS
- We have a terrace with stunning sea views!!! Accessible via a staircase, it overlooks the Bay of Alcudia in Mallorca and the Artrutx lighthouse, but above all, you’ll love the incredible SUNSETS; I’m sure you’ll fall in love with this little terrace.

BEDROOMS
- One double en-suite bedroom (with its own bathroom), two single beds (90 x 190 cm). This bedroom has AIR CONDITIONING, a window overlooking the garden and a large double-door fitted wardrobe
- A double bedroom with AIR CONDITIONING and a large/double built-in wardrobe. The double bed measures 1.60 x 1.90 m. Window overlooking the garden.
- A double bedroom with AIR CONDITIONING, two single beds (90 x 2.00 m) and a large/double built-in wardrobe.

BATHROOMS
- An en-suite bathroom in the twin bedroom, well-equipped with a shower, a window overlooking the garden and a hairdryer.
- A second bathroom in the hallway, serving the other two bedrooms, with a spacious shower, a window overlooking the garden and a spacious toilet area.

LIVING AND DINING ROOM
- The house has a living-dining room featuring a dining table and chairs for indoor dining, with AIR CONDITIONING, allowing you to enjoy a lovely breakfast or meal at a comfortable temperature on the hottest days.
- The living area has a very powerful router providing coverage throughout the house; there is also a sofa for watching the small 48" Smart TV, and the AIR CONDITIONING is powerful enough to cool the entire combined living and dining area.

KITCHEN
- Our kitchen is equipped with a NESPRESSO capsule coffee machine, a Mocca coffee maker (the traditional screw-top type), a toaster, a microwave, a blender, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a full set of cookware and cutlery, and crockery for 6 people, ready for summer cooking. if you’re an expert cook, you’re bound to find a few things missing, but if you want to prepare a summer menu, you’ll have everything you need.

BARBECUE
- The barbecue is worthy of an amateur barbecue enthusiast! It features a preparation area as well as a cooking area, which will make your barbecues the highlight of the day.

PERGOLA AREA
- The outdoor area features a pergola with a table and chairs for 6 people, situated next to the barbecue. The pergola roof is retractable, so you can let the sun’s rays in or close the roof to provide more shade at midday.

SWIMMING POOL
- The house has a lovely swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on the hottest days; we’ve also provided two sun loungers for you to stretch out on. You can also sunbathe on the lawn. There is also a large built-in bench from which to enjoy the views of the swimming pool
- There are safety rules for the swimming pool that you must follow in order to use it, particularly regarding the active supervision of young children, who are not allowed to swim without adult supervision. In addition to having all the required safety features, we have a cleaning and maintenance service that will leave the pool in perfect condition twice a week.

COVERED TERRACE
- The covered terrace may initially have a couple of chairs or two armchairs, provided they do not obstruct the passageway.

Simple rules to keep in mind:

1st 15 days before your arrival, we will send you a form to organize your arrival day; it must be filled out.
2nd Reservations for FRIEND GROUPS with members under 25 years old are prohibited. This will lead to cancellation upon arrival.
3rd Please read about the TOURIST TAX in the advertisement.
4th Respect the quiet hours at midday (2 pm to 4 pm) and at night (11:30 pm to 9 am).
5th The use of the pool by children must always be supervised by an adult.
6th Any change in the number of people in the reservation must be notified in advance of arrival and should never exceed the maximum allowed. In this case, it's 4 people + 1 baby.

Regarding your tourist tax, we would like to comment that in Menorca since 2017 you must pay the Balearic tourist tax, you will find the information if you search as or .

HOW TO CALCULATE THE TOURIST TAX:

Only adults aged 16 and over must pay the tax.
- From the first night up to and including the eighth night, you pay 2.2€ per adult/night.
- From the ninth night onwards the cost is 1.1€ per adult/night.

Example:
A 35 year old couple staying for 10 nights will have to pay cash on arrival:
- 35.2€ for the first 8 nights, plus 4.4€ for the last two nights.
- In total 39.60€.
